Can I buy only the plot?
No. Every plot comes with a villa, built by us. Empty plots stay empty. A place with families in it grows in value. Most plots are 600 to 900 sq yards. A few corner plots are smaller.
Will a bank give me a loan?
Yes. Loans of up to 80% are available from Kotak, Canara, Yes Bank, Aditya Birla and Sundaram.
Does it earn money when I am not there?
Yes. Up to ₹40,000 a month rent on a duplex, written in your agreement. Kerala and Bali villas ₹25,000 to ₹28,000. Weekend functions earn extra.
Is it HMDA approved?
Masaipet is outside HMDA limits. So the approval comes from DTCP: TLP 95/2023/H and 120/2024/H. RERA P01000008766 and P01000006334. Clear title. All papers are on the table at the site.
Water, power, upkeep?
Our own borewells across 85 acres. Three-phase power. Solar fence. Security all day and night. We handle upkeep for two years. Then the owners take over.
When do I get my villa?
Eight to eleven months after your plot is registered. A few villas are already handed over and lived in. The 30,000 sft clubhouse is being built.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. Move a wall. Add a room. Change the kitchen side. You decide before we build. Some changes cost extra.
